Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your cape or poncho and place it in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
